Therapy Services at Thrivemind Psychotherapy
At ThriveMind Psychotherapy, we provide trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy that is tailored to your unique needs. Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, or trauma, we partner with you to create a path toward healing and resilience.
We offer specialized services for adults, adolescents, and families, using a wide range of approaches including EMDR, CBT, DBT, TF-CBT, CPT, IFS, and neuropsychotherapy. Each modality is chosen based on your goals, preferences, and clinical needs — never a one-size-fits-all model.
Our sessions are delivered securely online, making therapy accessible wherever you are in Massachusetts, Wyoming, or Florida.

Individual Therapy
Individual Therapy for Adults
Individual therapy for adults provides a safe space to process difficult experiences, explore emotions, and develop coping strategies. Whether you are navigating trauma, stress, or life transitions, we use a collaborative, personalized approach to help you achieve lasting change.
Child & Adolescent Therapy
Young people often face unique challenges with emotions, relationships, and identity. We use age-appropriate, evidence-based approaches such as TF-CBT, play-based interventions, and family collaboration to support children and teens in building resilience and confidence.

Specialized Trauma Services
EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is one of the most effective therapies for trauma. EMDR helps the brain reprocess painful memories, reducing distress and allowing for healthier emotional responses.
Trauma-Focused Therapies
Trauma-focused therapies provide structured, research-supported approaches for reducing trauma symptoms and restoring balance. We offer Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) helps reframe negative beliefs, TF-CBT supports children and teens impacted by trauma, and Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET) works to integrate fragmented memories. These approaches offer flexible pathways to recovery based on your needs.
Trauma Intensives
The trauma intensive is an 8-week program designed to accelerate healing. Instead of spreading trauma work across single weekly sessions, intensives allow you to go deeper in a shorter timeframe. This option is ideal for clients seeking rapid relief, those with limited schedules, or anyone ready to commit to concentrated healing.
Skills-Based Therapy Approaches
CBT & DBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) offer practical tools for managing anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship challenges. These approaches help clients build healthier thought patterns, emotional regulation, and coping strategies for daily life.
Internal Family Systems
IFS therapy helps clients explore and heal different “parts” of themselves that may carry pain or trauma. By fostering inner harmony, IFS supports long-term healing and growth.

Clinical Supervision & Consultation
In addition to client services, ThriveMind Psychotherapy offers clinical supervision for mental health professionals seeking advanced training in trauma-informed care and EMDR. Supervision is available for those working toward licensure (Massachusetts only) or clinicians at any level who wish to expand their clinical expertise.
