Payment Options at ThriveMind
At ThriveMind Psychotherapy, we believe mental health care should be both accessible and transparent. We accept some insurances, as well as offer self-pay options and support out-of-network billing. If you don’t see your insurer listed, please reach out — we are always pursuing new opportunities for insurance partnerships.

Private Pay
Some clients prefer private pay for increased privacy, flexibility, or access to services not covered by insurance. Our hourly rate for individual psychotherapy is $200. We have limited sliding scale slots available.
Using Out-Of-Network Benefits
If we are not in-network with your insurance plan, you may still be able to use out-of-network benefits. Many insurance plans will reimburse a portion of therapy costs when you submit a superbill (a detailed receipt of services).
We are happy to provide superbills upon request. It’s always a good idea to call your insurance provider and ask:
- Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health?
- What percentage of the session fee will be reimbursed?
- Do I need to meet a deductible first?
- How do I submit superbills for reimbursement?
Trauma Intensive Billing
Trauma Intensives are a specialized, premium service that may not be fully covered by insurance. Coverage varies depending on your plan, and many insurers will only reimburse a portion of the cost.
If you are considering the Trauma Intensive, please contact us directly to discuss billing and payment options. We will review your insurance benefits, explore out-of-network reimbursement, and provide clarity on expected costs before you begin.
